Located in the heart of the British capital, the hotel complex housing the Taj London and St James Court is a veritable institution. This exceptional location welcomes an international clientele accustomed to the highest standards of luxury hotels. The project in brief:

This large-scale project was an opportunity for Wifirst to demonstrate its ability to adapt to the most specific requests, by designing a premium, tailor-made TV portal solution that meets the demanding requirements of a palace.

The challenge: two identities, zero disconnects and absolute demands
Working in an establishment of the Taj London's standing involves meeting several major operational and technical challenges:
- Two hotels, two distinct worlds: the site brings together two establishments with complementary positioning (the Taj and the St James). It was therefore not a question of duplicating a solution, but of designing two distinct TV portals capable of perfectly reflecting the brand identity and standards of each hotel.
- Invisible deployment for guests: the project had to be carried out on a fleet of 300 TV sets, while retaining the existing screens and never closing the hotel. Continuity of service for guests staying on site was an absolute priority.
- Strong design expectations: hotel management had an extremely precise vision of the digital experience they wanted to offer. While an initial mock-up based on their previous interface was proposed to ensure the transition, the establishment quickly expressed the need to go further with a unique and exclusive design.
