A traditional system requires upfront hardware purchase (CAPEX), finding an installer, and managing complex maintenance yourself. Wifirst’s Managed CCTV solution is an "as-a-Service" offer: we manage the entire lifecycle, from initial audit to 24/7 proactive supervision. You benefit from a secure, up-to-date, and fully operational infrastructure without mobilizing internal resources.

2. Is Wifirst’s CCTV solution compliant with GDPR and cybersecurity standards?

Compliance is at the core of our engineering. We guarantee data security through end-to-end encryption (AES-256), granular Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and full audit logs. Our solutions comply with international privacy regulations and cybersecurity standards to prevent any unauthorized access to your local network.

3. What happens if a camera or recorder fails?

Through our proactive monitoring, our NOC (Network Operations Center) detects anomalies in real-time (signal loss, disk failure). An alert is automatically generated, triggering a remote diagnosis. If necessary, on-site intervention is dispatched with contractual Repair Time Guarantees (RTG), ensuring maximum protection continuity.

4. What are the storage and video retention options?

We offer hybrid architectures tailored to your bandwidth constraints: local storage on NVRs/Servers for optimal performance, or secure Cloud storage for simplified accessibility. In compliance with local laws, retention periods are configured to meet your needs (typically up to 30 days) with automatic data overwriting.

5. What type of hardware and features does Wifirst provide?

We select hardware from world leaders (Cisco Meraki, Axis, Hanwha, etc.) to ensure reliability. After an audit, we deploy the appropriate technologies: 4K Ultra-HD resolution, thermal cameras, PTZ motorized domes, or advanced night vision. Our systems also integrate Artificial Intelligence (VCA) for smart motion detection, people counting, or License Plate Recognition (LPR).

6. How is the solution protected against hacking risks?

Cybersecurity is built-in by design. Your surveillance infrastructure is isolated on a dedicated VLAN and protected by next-generation firewalls. We implement end-to-end encryption and strong authentication. Furthermore, Wifirst manages automated security patch management for cameras and servers to counter emerging vulnerabilities.

7. Will the installation disrupt my daily business operations?

Not at all. A dedicated project manager orchestrates the deployment in close collaboration with your teams. We schedule cabling and camera installation during off-peak hours or closure periods to guarantee total business continuity without disturbing your customers or staff.

8. Can CCTV cameras slow down my Internet connection?

No. Our network engineering relies on strict traffic segmentation. Video traffic flows over an isolated, high-performance Local Area Network (LAN), preventing any saturation of your bandwidth. Your guest WiFi and business tools remain perfectly smooth. Only remote viewing or Cloud storage consume bandwidth, in an optimized and regulated manner.

9. Will my staff be trained to use the Video Management System (VMS)?

Absolutely. Upon project completion, we organize a knowledge transfer session. Your teams will learn to master the VMS interface: managing live feeds, smart event-based searches, and secure exporting of footage. The goal is to make you fully operational immediately.

10. How do I access images and recordings?

We offer total flexibility. You can access your cameras via a secure web portal or a dedicated mobile app (iOS and Android). From this intuitive interface, you can control motorized domes, perform rapid chronological searches, and extract video evidence in just a few clicks, whether on-site or on the go.
