With the rise of digital lifestyles, modern travellers expect seamless, high-quality internet access wherever they stay. easyHotel's rapid expansion across Europe meant ensuring uniform connectivity across all locations — a challenge that required a robust and scalable solution.

To meet this demand, Wifirst deployed a fully managed WiFi service covering over 3,000 rooms — handling everything from cabling and hardware installation to network setup and proactive support. Thanks to our intelligent network architecture, including robust WAN and backup systems, guests enjoy secure, high-availability internet access wherever they stay.

Expanding across borders

Providing reliable, high-performance WiFi across easyHotel’s growing estate — 29 hotels by the end of 2025 — required a flexible, scalable solution adaptable to both owned and leased properties.

Wifirst tackled this challenge with its “WiFi as a Service” model, tailored specifically to easyHotel’s needs. The successful deployments at easyHotel Cardiff City Centre and easyHotel Oxford served as blueprints for a wider rollout, spanning the UK, France, the Netherlands, and Belgium. Each installation was meticulously planned with comprehensive site surveys, ensuring a bespoke approach suited to each property's specific requirements.

Wifirst’s sustainability-led approach also aligned with easyHotel’s commitment to responsible hospitality. By extending hardware lifespans, minimising unnecessary device replacement, and applying green IT principles, the network supports easyHotel’s low-carbon goals while maintaining operational excellence.

This ongoing partnership demonstrates how a tech-first, sustainability-driven connectivity strategy can elevate guest experiences at scale. With new openings planned in locations such as Valencia, Meridiana, Alicante, and Ferney, Wifirst remains a key connectivity partner for future sites across Europe.
