Thanks to the infrastructure put in place, customers can easily connect to the network by scanning a QR code with their smartphone, enabling documents to be signed in total security.

To ensure a uniform, high-quality user experience across its branch network, BRED's information systems department opted for the expertise of a WiFi specialist. The scope of our partnership covers the deployment, supervision and maintenance of a wireless Internet access solution on all BRED sites, while relieving the bank of legal issues (logging, processing of requisitions, etc.).

Access to the best deployment and supervision tools

Wifirst knows how to adapt its deployment methods to ensure consistent quality of service across multiple sites, even if they are spread over different regions. In fact, Wifirst has a number of overseas customers (Crous, Accor, Bpifrance, MAIF, etc.) and has therefore acquired specific logistal resources and know-how to simultaneously deploy the service with local service providers in the DROMs and COMs, trained and certified by our technical experts. 

In addition, dedicated support and training sessions on the tools developed by Wifirst, in particular the Wifirst Center - our real-time management and monitoring platform - have been set up. These initiatives ensure continuous supervision of the network and reinforce its efficiency, guaranteeing BRED customers a 100% reliable connection.
