Wifirst Iberica supports Dazia Capital in Spain

dazia

DAZIA CAPITAL, a leading player in new-generation residential real estate in Spain, develops and operates coliving and flex living residences in Madrid's most dynamic districts (Tetuán, Las Tablas, Alcobendas, Tres Cantos, etc.). The group chose Wifirst to design, deploy and operate a unified, managed WiFi infrastructure throughout these residences. The aim is to guarantee stable, high-performance connectivity for residents and on-site digital services, while supporting the portfolio's growth.

// BUSINESS CHALLENGES

Industrializing flex living, without digital friction

The Dazia Capital model is based on a new way of living: furnished, ready-to-live-in apartments, with integrated services (common areas, coworking, security, maintenance) and an ultra-fluid tenant experience. Residents want to arrive, put their suitcase down, be connected, telework, stream, open the door with their smartphone and reserve a common room - without waiting for a technician to come by. To deliver on this promise, connectivity is no longer just an Internet service: it's the backbone of the real estate product.

Residences operated by Dazia Capital, whether in-house via FLIV / Darya Modern Living or in partnership with Colonies, increasingly rely on digital services: keyless access, IP video surveillance, connected intercom, centralized technical and rental management solutions. In this context, WiFi needs to be treated as a critical infrastructure, not just a commodity.

That's exactly where Wifirst comes in: by becoming the single point of contact for connectivity in each residence. There's no longer any need for Dazia or the operator to arbitrate between several network providers, or to wonder whether a connected lock malfunction is linked to hardware, software... or WiFi. The infrastructure is consolidated, controlled and monitored by Wifirst.

As a result, operations teams can concentrate on occupancy, tenant satisfaction, marketing and fleet development - not on troubleshooting WiFi hotspots.

Managed WiFi for residents and investors alike

Dazia Capital's challenge is twofold: to offer a quality "plug & live" experience for occupants, and to industrialize operations to guarantee asset profitability. The Wifirst managed network meets both these challenges.

For residents: high-speed Internet access available from check-in, with no need for individual boxes or shared passwords, and uniform coverage in private apartments and communal areas (coworking, fitness, rooftops, etc.).

On the owner's side: a shared, standardized and remotely administered infrastructure, reducing unit costs per unit, making operations more reliable and facilitating the extension of the model to new residences.

// PROJECT MANAGEMENT CHALLENGES

A technical base that can be replicated across all residences

The sites involved in the partnership cover several asset types: urban coliving operated with Colonies (for example in Madrid - Tetuán), but also large-capacity flex living residences in the north of Madrid (Las Tablas, Alcobendas, Tres Cantos) operated by FLIV / Darya Modern Living.

For Dazia Capital, the challenge was clear: deploy quickly, and deploy the same network standard everywhere. Wifirst provides a one-stop shop, from network design to user support, integrating residential WiFi, WiFi staff, IP video surveillance, lock connectivity and digital services distribution.

The concrete benefit: each new residence is no longer a technical project to be reconfigured, but a variation on a proven model. This reduces complexity for the Dazia Capital teams and their operators, while accelerating time-to-market.

This industrialized approach is essential to support the growth of Dazia Capital's "flex living / coliving" portfolio, in a Madrid market where speed of execution and quality of tenant experience have become major competitive advantages.
