Accor is the leading French hotel group with more than 5,500 locations spread across about one hundred countries. The brand portfolio is very broad: from Midscale & Economy brands (Ibis, Mercure, Novotel, Adagio...) to Luxury & Premium brands (Sofitel, Pullman, Raffles, MGallery...).

Our shared history began in 2013 when Wifirst was selected by Accor to replace Orange for the Mercure, Novotel, Pullman, and MGallery brands. 250 hotels were equipped in just three months! Since then, Wifirst has been a referenced technology provider for various products (WiFi, Fiber, IP Telephony, IPTV...) and regions (mainly Europe). We continuously work closely with our customers with a tailor-made technological approach that appeals to both Accor teams and franchisees.

This chart takes us through time, showing the impact of the Covid crisis in 2020 on hotel attendance and therefore on internet usage. It was not until 2022 that usage levels surpassed those of 2019. Since then, records have been broken every year, reaching peaks of 90 GB of data consumed per room during high season. Impressive!
