Our shared history began in 2013 with the equipping of 250 hotels (Mercure, Novotel, Pullman). What started as a national contract has become a major European alliance.
Today, Wifirst's presence within the Accor portfolio is massive:
- European Coverage: Wifirst operates in 9 countries (France, UK, Benelux, DACH, Spain, Italy...).
- Industrial Volume: Over 983 equipped hotels, representing more than 113,000 connected rooms.

WiFi 7: The new standard in hospitality
Accor never stops innovating for its franchisees. As part of the Astore 2025 listings, Wifirst was selected to deploy breakthrough technologies: WiFi 7.
These new standards allow us to meet the explosion in data consumption (nearly 100 GB consumed each month per room on average) and guarantee a seamless experience for 4K streaming and nomadic usage.

Because every hotel has its own financial reality, Wifirst offers various acquisition models via the Astore listing:
- Full OPEX: An "all-inclusive" solution (hardware, supervision, maintenance) spread over 36, 48, or 60 months to preserve cash flow.
- CAPEX: A cash purchase option for hardware for those who prefer capital investment.
