However, as their resorts expanded and technology evolved, they faced a crucial challenge: ensuring seamless WiFi coverage across their extensive properties. Wifirst designed a modular and future-proof WiFi network, which will allow htophotels to easily integrate advanced services such as Room Area Network, Chromecast and streaming, adapting to their current and future needs.

Planning was key to success. Understanding the critical importance of uninterrupted service, especially during peak tourist seasons, Wifirst meticulously crafted a phased roll-out plan. This strategic approach ensured that the implementation of the new WiFi 6 networks across all hotels caused minimal disruption to both business operations and, more importantly, to the valued guest experience. The roll-out during peak season was challenging, but Wifirst's operational approach ensured a smooth transition.
Results: Increased guest satisfaction and increased bookings
The initial results, visible even during the summer of 2023, were incredibly positive. With 100% Wifirst coverage and high-speed WiFi 6, guest satisfaction soared, directly contributing to a marked increase in bookings. htophotels now has complete control and visibility over their networks, allowing them to better manage costs and ensure network quality. This new digital infrastructure also laid the groundwork for future innovations, with ongoing discussions on the integration of new services across the network.
