Behind the façade of 11 grand Victorian townhouses, over 200 uniquely designed Club Flats offer residents flexible stays from a single night to a full year, complete with kitchenettes, separate living areas, and access to wellness facilities, destination restaurants, and private club spaces. With a second location set to open in Covent Garden, The Other House is redefining what it means to feel at home in London — and needed a connectivity partner that could match its ambitions.

Equally important was striking the right balance between a frictionless login experience and robust data security, while also offering residents the option of a private network environment for their personal devices.

The Other House partnered with Wifirst to design and deliver a fully managed WiFi solution tailored to the specific demands of a Residents' Club. Wifirst's approach covered the full lifecycle — from initial site survey and network design through to deployment, ongoing management, and 24/7 support.
Cutting-edge access points with adaptive antenna technology were deployed throughout the property to deliver reliable, high-density coverage from Club Flats to communal and wellness areas. A branded captive portal was implemented to provide residents with a seamless, on-brand login experience, while Room Area Networks (RAN) give each resident their own private network — allowing them to securely connect multiple devices and create a personalised digital space within their Club Flat. Advanced firewall technology underpins the entire solution, protecting resident data and ensuring compliance with the latest security standards.
