Environment: being a responsible operator
Challenges: Reducing greenhouse gas emissions, energy consumption, circular economy.
We are taking action to reduce our carbon footprint by deploying networks that consume less energy, optimizing our equipment and encouraging reconditioning. Our strategy is based on the Bilan Carbone and a continuous improvement approach.

By 2025, Wifirst will have achieved a -29% absolute reduction in greenhouse gas emissions for scopes 1 and 2, and a 38% reduction in intensity, compared with the reference year, enabling it to meet the trajectory submitted to SBTi. Contracts are gradually being modified to ensure guarantees of origin, and a total of 4102 items of equipment reconditioned and redeployed by 2025.

Our jobs are predominantly technical and attract a majority of male applicants. At 12/31/2025, women represented ¼ of our workforce, below our target of 30%.
