Rules of the Raffle 

The company WIFIRST, a simplified joint stock company with share capital of 16,076,007 euros, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 441 757 614 and whose head office is located at 26, rue de Berri 75008 Paris (cited -hereinafter the “Organising Company”) organised the competition subject to these terms and conditions (hereinafter “Operation”). 

Progress of the Operation

The Operation takes place as part of the “Independent Hotel Show” exhibition which takes place from October 16 to October 17, 2023 at the London Olympia.  To be able to participate in the Operation, the visitor is required to scan a QR code displayed on the panel present on the Organising Company's stand in order to access the quiz available online - Wifirst Independent Hotel Show 2023 - Raffle Entry Quiz. Access to the game will end October 17 at 6 p.m. The Operation is announced on the Wifirst stand at the Independent Hotel Show 2023, in London. 

Conditions to participate in the Operation

To be able to participate in the Operation, any participant must have:

• read these regulations and have fully and completely accepted these regulations and have accepted that their personal data will be collected and processed for the purposes of allowing their participation in the Operation and allowing the Organising Company to contact them if they are the winner of the Operation and to publish their first and last name on the post-competition web page.
• Confirmed to be over 18 years old on the day of participation in the Operation.

A draw will be held on October 23rd, 2023 among those participants who correctly answered all the quiz questions.

Geographic Scope of the Operation

The operation takes place in the United Kingdom. 

Participants

Participation in the Operation is open to adult individuals residing in the United Kingdom.

Gift for the Operation

The Organizing Company puts into play a £300 voucher from for a wellness break for 2 people in an Executive room at the Champneys Health Spa 

Return transport costs, lunch and dinner, and anything not listed above is not included.

The allocation of this Prize, by drawing lots among all the players who have answered all the questions correctly, will take place on Monday October 14, 2022.

The Prize is strictly personal and nominative; it cannot under any circumstances be exchanged for its cash value or for any other prize, nor transmitted to third parties.

Winner information terms

The winner of the Operation will be informed by email. No emails will be sent to losing participants

Unavailability of the Prize

The Organizing Company reserves the right, if circumstances beyond its control require it, to modify the Prize and replace it with a Prize of at least equivalent value, without its liability being incurred in this respect.

Terms of delivery of the Prize

The Prize will be delivered within 10 days from the end date of the Operation. The Organising Company will discretionarily define the method by which the Prize will be awarded to the winner. Shipping costs for the Lot will be borne by the Organising Company. If the winner refuses the Prize, the return costs will be the responsibility of the winner.

When the Prize is delivered by the postal services or by a carrier, the Organising Company may not be held liable for any delay in the delivery of the Prize.

The liability of the Organising Company may not be incurred if the Organising Company is unable to award the Prize because the winner has provided, whether deliberately or not, an incorrect e-mail address.

 How to take part in the Operation

Participating in the Operation implies full and complete acceptance of these rules and their application by the participants.

Participation fees

There is no participation fee for the Operation.

Cancellation or amendment of these rules

The Organising Company also reserves the right, if circumstances so require, to modify, supplement, extend, suspend, cancel or postpone all or part of the Operation, without prior notice, without any compensation being claimed or its liability being incurred as a result.

Participant exclusions

Employees of the Organising Company may not participate in the Operation. In the event of fraud or attempted fraud duly established, the Organising Company, notwithstanding the institution of legal proceedings, may exclude one or more professionals.

Processing personal data

The Organising Company undertakes to process the personal data of participants in the Operation in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 ("RGPD") and the amended French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978. To take part in the Operation, participants are required to provide their first name, surname, e-mail address and company name. This personal data and information is collected for the purpose of enabling the person concerned to participate in the Operation and to enable the Organising Company to contact the winner of the Operation and to publish their first and last names on the post-competition web page.  All personal data and information provided by the participant are intended solely for the use of the Organising Company, which is responsible for processing them. This personal data is kept for a period of 5 years from the end of the Operation. The legal basis for this processing is the participant's consent.  The Organising Company undertakes to limit access to personal data to employees of the Organising Company. The Organising Company undertakes to implement all technical and organisational security measures in order to ensure the security, confidentiality and integrity of your personal data. You may exercise the following rights at any time:

• Right of access and information regarding your Personal Data;
• Right to rectify your Personal Data;
• Right of deletion;
• Right to object to the processing of your Personal Data and right to request a restriction of such processing in certain cases;
• The right to request the portability of Personal Data used by the Organising Company solely for the purposes of fulfilling your contract;
• The right to determine the fate of your Personal Data after your death.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés ("CNIL") if you consider that your data is not being processed in accordance with the applicable regulations. Any participant who has communicated false or erroneous contact details to the Organising Company when registering for the Contest will be excluded from the Contest without any possibility of recourse.

These rules are governed by French law and the participants and the Organising Company undertake to attempt to resolve amicably any dispute arising from these rules. Failing amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal.
